Information for new residents

NB: New residents need to make an appointment a day in advance to register at the management office, located in the estate clubhouse.

What do I need to bring to register for access as a new tenant?

  • A valid lease agreement
  • Identity document or passport
  • Vehicle registration form or a photo of the vehicle license disc
  • Access tags or R120.00 per tag (only cash and zapper payment accepted)
  • Registration form
  • Additional tag requisition form (if applicable)
  • Credit report (only registered credit bureau reports will be accepted)
  • Criminal check report (only checks from AFIS will be accepted)
