Dear Equestria Estate Residents,
You should all be aware of the latest in regards to the COVID-19 virus and the fact that there will be a country-wide lockdown from Thursday, 26 March 2020 at 23:59. We would like to inform you of the following procedures and regulations which will be implemented during the lockdown on the HOA common property:
SECURITY
Security will be operational 24/7 and can be contacted on 012 807 1064 or 060 767 5511.
Libertas gate will be closed from Thursday, 26 March 2020, 17:00 until further notice.
ACCESS CONTROL
No visitors will be allowed except for essential services.
No access will be granted to domestic workers or gardeners.
Residents must make use of their tags to gain access to and from the estate when needed.
FACILITIES
All facilities will be CLOSED for use from, Thursday, 26 March 2020, 17:00, including the following:
- Swimming pools
- Squash courts
- Tennis & basketball courts
- Clubhouse parking
- Braai facilities
- Kiddies playground
- Oval area
- Public Bathrooms
Residents are not permitted to go jogging or walk their dogs.
No recreational walking or cycling is permitted.
Residents are urged to keep children in their section/private garden area as far as possible; remember that their safety is your responsibility, and they can also be infected.
GARDEN SERVICES
There will be no garden services as it is not seen as an essential service and therefore, we request that residents refrain from littering and try to keep the area clean and tidy.

Residents should contact estate management via email to resolve any queries that they may have.

Alternatively, you may call 079 878 8901 between 08:00 – 17:00, Mondays to Fridays.
If anyone should not adhere to the regulations set by the South African Government, the necessary authorities will be contacted.
Please consider the other residents and your neighbours during this time regarding noise and please be tolerant towards children playing at their units during the day.
